KINGSTON, NY – Sept. 9, 2025 – For the first time, WVT Fiber, an Archtop Fiber company, is delivering reliable connectivity to Applefest, one of Warwick, New York’s most beloved community events. Thanks to this new initiative, festival-goers and vendors at Applefest will enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi coverage across the entire event, provided via WVT Fiber’s multi-gig fiber-optic network.
Set to take place on Sunday, October 5, 2025, this year’s Applefest is expected to draw more than 30,000 visitors to the heart of Warwick. Historically, cell networks at this high-traffic event have been overloaded, often leaving vendors unable to process credit card payments and attendees unable to pay or stay connected. This year, WVT Fiber is bridging the gap with two separate password-protected Wi-Fi networks — one for vendors and one for the public. Both networks are free. By giving everyone reliable Internet access, vendors, attendees and the local economy all benefit, keeping communications and transactions flowing smoothly and the event running seamlessly.
