What do I need to use 5 or 8 Gig?
To take full advantage of multi-gig speeds you’ll want a device with a 10GbE port for wired connections. The eero Max 7 included free with your plan handles Wi-Fi 7 distribution throughout your home. Our team handles the full setup at no charge.
What does “symmetrical” mean?
Symmetrical means your upload speed equals your download speed. Cable gives fast downloads but slow uploads (~50 Mbps). With Archtop 8 Gig, you get up to 8 Gbps both ways - critical for video calls, live streaming, backups, and working from home.
Are there contracts or cancellation fees?
