OSP Design Engineer
This position ensures that all network designs are constructible, cost-effective, and aligned with Archtop Fiber’s engineering standards. The OSP Design Engineer makes intelligent decisions regarding make-ready requirements, aerial vs. underground construction methodology, and the efficient routing of fiber facilities. They also ensure that all installed network assets are accurately tracked, documented, and maintained within Archtop’s network management systems.
OSP Design Manager
The OSP Design Manager is part of Archtop Fiber’s Engineering & Technology group and will support our Outside Plant (OSP) engineering and GIS mapping needs. This position will establish and maintain Archtop’s plant infrastructure, including our 100% fiber optic cable plant and network hub site buildings, cabinets, and colocations.

Network Design Engineer
The Network Design Engineer is part of Archtop Fiber’s Engineering & Technology group and will support our IP access and Core network engineering needs. This position will work closely with the Director Network Engineering and others to support our advanced communications service provider and 100% fiber optic network. The Network Design Engineer will be an integral team member working to design and develop Archtop’s IP/SR-MPLS backbone, XGS-PON access layer, internet peering, and transport infrastructure expansions and upgrades related to our multi-state fiber optic network.

Customer Experience Training Manager
Archtop Fiber is seeking a Customer Experience Training Manager who will play a pivotal role in developing impactful learning solutions that drive performance across customer-facing teams in a Telecommunications Customer Care environment. This role blends instructional design expertise with deep knowledge of Contact Center operations and Customer Experience (CX). The ideal candidate will create and deliver dynamic, digital-first learning experiences, leveraging modern tools and methodologies to upskill teams supporting sales, technical troubleshooting, billing, retention, and general inquiries. This individual partners closely with business stakeholders to analyze training needs, design engaging content, and evaluate program effectiveness—ensuring alignment with KPIs such as First Call Resolution (FCR), CSAT, NPS, AHT, conversion rates, and compliance standards.

Archtop Fiber is seeking Field Technicians to join our growing team. Field Technicians will have a primary focus of supporting the installation and ongoing service support for residential and commercial customers throughout the communities we serve.
