Network Design Engineer – Experienced

The Network Design Engineer is part of Archtop Fiber’s Engineering & Technology group and will support our IP access and Core network engineering needs. This position will work closely with the Director of Network Engineering and others to support our advanced communications service provider and 100% fiber optic network. The Network Design Engineer will be an integral team member working to design and develop Archtop’s IP/SR-MPLS backbone, XGS-PON access layer, internet peering, and transport infrastructure expansions and upgrades related to our multi-state fiber optic network.

Network Design Engineer – Entry Level

The Network Design Engineer is part of Archtop Fiber’s Engineering & Technology group and will support our IP access and Core network engineering needs. This position will work closely with the Director of Network Engineering and others to support our advanced communications service provider and 100% fiber optic network. The Network Design Engineer will be an integral team member working to support the design and development of Archtop’s IP/SR-MPLS backbone, XGS-PON access layer, internet peering, and transport infrastructure expansions and upgrades related to our multi-state fiber optic network. Strong focus on documentation, testing, and deployment of designs and procedures.

GIS Specialist

The GIS Specialist will work closely with our Plant (OSP/ISP) Engineering team in development and documentation of Archtop’s 100% fiber optic plant and related physical network. This position will work closely with the Manager OSP Engineering & GIS and GIS Administrator to establish and maintain Archtop’s plant inventory data and GIS platform. The GIS Specialist will be responsible for applying modern GIS methods to Archtop’s fast-growing network and customer base. In addition, this position will support plant network planning, market analysis, and reporting efforts.

Network Operations Technician (Access)

The Network Operations Technician (Access) is part of Archtop Fiber’s Network Operations group and will support our access network and related core network needs. This position will work closely with the Manager Core & Transport Operations and others to establish and maintain Archtop’s Access Network. The Network Operations Technician (Access) is responsible for installing, operating, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of existing and emerging access technologies (data, voice).

Network Security Manager

The Network Security Manager is part of Archtop Fiber’s Network Operations group and will support our internal, access network, and core/edge network security needs. This position will work closely with the Director of Network Operations and others in senior leadership to establish and maintain Archtop’s network security. The Network Security Manager will perform advanced information security work providing direction and guidance in strategic operations and planning for the network security of Archtop’s networks. Work involves the planning, developing, documenting, monitoring, and implementation of security measures to protect Archtop’s systems and networks against unauthorized access, modifications, or disruptions.

Senior Network Operations Technician

The Senior Network Operations Technician is part of Archtop Fiber’s Network Operations group and will support our IP, core, transport, peering, and access network needs. This position will work closely with the Manager Core & Transport Operations and others to establish and maintain Archtop’s IP & Transport Network. The Senior Network Operations Technician is responsible for installing, operating, troubleshooting, and project managing the placement, testing, and maintenance of existing and emerging data, voice, and other technologies for revenue generating products.

Systems Developer

The Systems Developer is part of Archtop Fiber’s Network Operations group and will support our Data Center Infrastructure needs. This position will work closely with the Manager Systems Operations and others to define functional requirements, customize, and maintain our equipment element management systems (EMS), network management systems (NMS), and related network operations systems through the use of API’s, various northbound web services, and other related development methods.

Systems Engineer

The Systems Engineer is part of Archtop Fiber’s Network Operations group and will support our Data Center Infrastructure needs. This position will work closely with the Manager Systems Operations and others in senior leadership in designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and evaluating Archtop’s complex server systems and their interaction with our carrier-grade network. The Systems Engineer is responsible for the servers and network that run a large multi-terabit routing and access platform.

Field Technician

The Field Technician will have a primary focus of supporting the installation and ongoing service support for residential and commercial customers throughout the communities we serve.  Committed to providing the highest quality service, the Field Technician role performs all required work in the construction, maintenance, operation, installation and servicing of fiber broadband and telephone services.

Customer Support Representative

The Customer Support Representative will have a primary focus of supporting the onboarding and ongoing service support for residential and commercial customers throughout the communities we serve. Committed to providing the highest quality service, the Customer Support Representative role supports all customer technology and service inquiries, including repair, billing, and account management for fiber broadband and telephone services.

Commercial Account Executive

The Commercial Account Executive will have a primary focus of acquiring new business within a defined set of Commercial Accounts within the region. The Commercial Account Executive will be responsible for selling Internet, Voice and Managed Wi-Fi and additional services as they become available. Develop new sales and revenue growth opportunities by prospecting and building relationships in assigned territory. Develop a deep understanding of all Archtop Fiber solutions and services and be capable of aligning these to fit customer requirements.
