Network Engineering Technician

The Network Engineering Technician is part of Archtop Fiber’s Engineering & Technology group and will support our IP access and Core network engineering needs. This position will work closely with the Director Network Engineering and others to support our advanced communications service provider and 100% fiber optic network. The Network Engineering Technician will be an integral team member working to support the testing and validation of Archtop’s IP/SR-MPLS backbone, XGS-PON access layer, and transport infrastructure expansions and upgrades related to our multi-state fiber optic network. Strong focus on documentation, testing, and results analysis of evaluation gear. As well as design changes and procedures.

Network Design Engineer – Transport & Voice

The Network Design Engineer – Transport & Voice is part of Archtop Fiber’s Engineering & Technology group, and the role will support a variety of design needs for our network infrastructure and will provide expertise for optical transport and voice technologies – primarily VoIP but also traditional analog/TDM. This position will work closely with the Director Network Engineering and others to support our advanced 100% fiber optic communications service provider network. The Network Design Engineer will be an integral team member working to design and develop Archtop’s IP/SR-MPLS backbone, XGS-PON access layer, internet peering, optical transport infrastructure, and other various network expansions and upgrades related to our multi-state fiber optic network and voice infrastructure.

Network Design Engineer – Security

The Network Design Engineer – Security is part of Archtop Fiber’s Network Engineering group, and the role will support a variety of design needs for our network infrastructure and will provide guidance to keep secure our service provider environment. This position will work closely with the Director Network Engineering and others to support our advanced 100% fiber optic communications network. The Network Design Engineer – Security will be an integral team member working to design and develop Archtop’s IP/SR-MPLS backbone, XGS-PON access layer, internet peering, optical transport infrastructure, and other various network expansions and upgrades while providing security expertise to our multi-state fiber optic network.

Network Design Engineer – Core & Edge

The Network Design Engineer – Core & Edge is part of Archtop Fiber’s Engineering & Technology group and will play an important role in designing and maintaining our IP core, access edge, and internet edge network infrastructure. This position will work closely with the Director Network Engineering and others to support our advanced 100% fiber optic communications service provider network. The Network Design Engineer will be an integral team member working to design and develop Archtop’s IP/SR-MPLS backbone, XGS-PON access layer, internet peering, optical transport infrastructure, and other various network expansions and upgrades related to our multi-state fiber optic network.

Voice Operations Technician

The Voice Operations Technician is part of Archtop Fiber’s Network Operations group and will support our Class 4/5 switch platforms, TDM voice connections, as well as SIP based ATA’s, trunks, and carriers. This position will work closely with the Manager Voice Operations and others to establish and maintain Archtop’s Voice Network. The Voice Operations Technician is responsible for installing, operating, and troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of existing and emerging voice technologies for revenue generating products.

Network Operations Tech (IP Transport)

The Network Operations Technician – IP & Transport is part of Archtop Fiber’s Network Operations group and will support our IP, core, transport, peering, and access network needs. This position will work closely with the Manager IP & Transport Operations and others to establish and maintain Archtop’s IP & Transport Network. The Network Operations Technician – IP & Transport is responsible for installing, operating, troubleshooting, and project managing the placement, testing, and maintenance of existing and emerging transport, data, voice, and other technologies for revenue generating products.

The Vice President of Operations (VP of Operations) at Archtop Fiber is a senior executive responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations – customer service, field operations, and logistics. This leadership role plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of the organization, directly impacting its profitability and success.

Field Technician

The Field Technician will have a primary focus of supporting the installation and ongoing service support for residential and commercial customers throughout the communities we serve.  Committed to providing the highest quality service, the Field Technician role performs all required work in the construction, maintenance, operation, installation and servicing of fiber broadband and telephone services.

Account Executive

The Account Executive will have the primary focus of acquiring new business within a defined set of Commercial Accounts within the region. The Account Executive will be responsible for selling Internet, Voice and Managed Wi-Fi and additional services as they become available.

Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for providing technical and administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the ERP, OSS/BSS core platform, and all ancillary platforms in the Archtop stack. This role will be heavily focused on partnering with various departments across the organization to enhance and improve our ERP platform, perform ongoing maintenance, provide daily administrative support, lead future improvements, and integration. The system administrator is the owner of all maintenance, trouble shooting, support, and maintaining vendor relationships. This position requires a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, a strong collaborator and communicator, and the ability to work across the entire enterprise.
