This position will support Senior Accountants and the Controller with month end close process and provide supporting documents for Audit and Tax preparation. The Staff Accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. Maintains financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded. Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. Compiles financial data to aid more senior accountants in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. Assists in analyzing current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.

As an Operations Supervisor you will demonstrate your leadership by providing direction to fulfillment technicians and contractors. As an Archtop Fiber leader, you and your team will maintain system integrity. You will be directly responsible for and oversee installation and service orders for all residential and business customers. As a leader at Archtop Fiber, you will work to build strong relationships with Installation Technicians, Network Technicians, cross departments, and Archtop Fiber customers. You will coach for success and oversee hiring, training, developing, and performance management while promoting an environment of trust and respect.

The Customer Service Manager (CSM) is responsible to direct and oversee the daily operations in WVT Fiber’s Call Center located in Warwick, NY. The CSM is responsible to monitor the performance of the Customer Service Representatives and Team Leaders to ensure a positive Customer experience. The CSM is also responsible to manage escalated calls and to schedule staff, work cross functionally with operations, engineering, construction, and marketing teams.

The Direct Sales Manager will play a crucial role in the development, execution and oversight of a direct residential sales team. We’re looking for a driven sales leader with a knack for building high-performing teams, who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and participate in delivering against our aggressive door-to-door sales goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who takes responsibility for meeting sales numbers, even when that means thinking outside the box, trying a new approach, and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Travel house to house (on foot and in your vehicle) to hang tags on doors before the start of construction. Our taggers are responsible for putting construction tags on all residential houses and multiple dwelling units (apartment complexes, townhomes, etc…) or any commercial properties in designated areas of operations.
